This recipe is absolutely delicious and extremely easy to prepare, the only advice I can give is to watch the fire when you start cooking. Totally recommended, enjoy!

 ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder / Cacao en Polvo sin Azucar
 ¼ tsp Salt / Sal
 3 tbsp Cornstarch / Maicena
 2 ¼ cups Milk / Leche
 2 tsp Vanilla
 1 tbsp Butter, (Salted/Unsalted) / Mantequilla, (Con/Sin Sal)

To begin with, I recommend weighing all your ingredients before you start, once you are on the fire, you don't want to be weighing ingredients.

Next, in the saucepan, mix all the dry ingredients; sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt, with a whisk.

Turn on the heat, medium-high and add the milk. Stir with the spoon for 2-3 minutes until thick and bubbly.

Cook For 2-3 Minutes

TIP:

If by two and a half minutes in, your mix isn't thickening, use the whisk and stir rapidly, you should feel it begin to thicken, if it doesn't it will thicken when cooling.

Yes, I realise the last image looked like honeycomb and this looks like chocolate, but I assure you after this step, your's will look as glossy as a professional mousse. Once it has completely thickened, remove from the heat and add the vanilla and the butter. The vanilla adds more flavour and the butter is the ingredient that makes it glossy.

Finally, once it has cooled enough to not damage your favourite serving bowls, pour into them and chill for half an hour to forty-five minutes. Once cooled enough, chill in the fridge for a couple of hours to thicken further into the mousse. Enjoy!
