Delicious creamy dessert! feeds plenty so bring a party! Nice crunchy ladyfingers with a soft layer of cream and that nic layer of cocoa powder that everyone enjoys!

For the crunch
 48 Lady Fingers
 2 tsp Ground Coffee or 1 tsp cocoa powder
 2 cups Water or 1 cup milk
For the Cream
 400 g Icing Sugar
 600 ml Whipping Cream
 550 g Mascarpone Cheese
For the Topping
 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Equipment
 1 Electric hand whisk base
 2 Whisk attachments for electric whisk
 Some spoons
 1 Container, (quite large, (this will hold the Tiramisu))
 1 Large mixing bowl
 1 Cup
 1 bowl
Coffee

Quickly boil 1 cup of water or place one cup of water in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl and and 1 tsp of ground coffee. Stir.

Alternatively, for those who do not like coffee, place one cup of milk in the microwave for sixty seconds. Add 1 tsp of cocoa powder, Stir.

For the Cream

Measure the Icing Sugar, Mascarpone, and Wipping Cream.

Whisk until smooth and dense but still spreadable.

Begin to prepare

Have your dish ready on the side, pick up a ladyfinger and dip it in the coffee/milk.

Leave for about 3 seconds whilst rotating to ensure it is soaked but not soggy.

Begin playing the soaked ladyfingers in the container in a row by row fashion. continue until you have covered the entire base of your container.

Smooth over one layer of cream and repeat steps 4-7 until your tiramisu has 4 layers, ladyfingers, cream, ladyfingers, cream.

Topping and cooling

Prepare your cocoa powder and sieve, gently sieve one layer of cocoa powder onto the tiramisu.

refrigerate for 5-6 hours and consume within 4 days.
