Wonderfully Delicious white bread! Recommended for bakers with experience in the kitchen but is worth the effort for an excellent taste!

To begin, tip the flour into a large mixing bowl and mix in the yeast along with the salt.
Next, stir in the water, oil and honey then bring together to form a soft dough - If you are a beginner, then it is easier to mix with a wooden spoon, but if you have experience with this sort of thing, then you could use your hands.
Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Although you may find this a bit tiring, all this effort will pay off later with wonderfully airy bread.
This step is incredibly easy, place the dough into a nice, big mixing bowl and cover with cling film. Leave it in a warm place until the dough doubles in size, this usually takes about and hour and a half. (At the bottom of this page is timer for 90 minutes.)
Uncover your wonderful dough and place in a baking tin. Traditionally, you would use a cuboid tin (in the shape of a loaf) but you can use the shape of your choice. (Just keep in mind, if you use a Star, then the corners will burn quicker, than the center, so be careful.)
Place in the oven at 200°/gas mark 6 for 30 minutes until golden. Take it out of the tin and tap the base of the loaf, if it sounds hollow it's cooked, if not put it back in the oven for another five minutes. Enjoy!
