Absolutely delicious cake that resembles a larger version of a cinnamon roll! Most of these ingredients are probably in your pantry and fridge anyway - definitely worth a shot every now and then!

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C and line a 8X10" baking pan with parchment paper.
For the Apple Mix, mix the Sugar and the Cinnamon together in a mixing bowl and then add the peeled and diced apples to be coated.
Next, add all the ingredients for the cake batter in a large mixing bowl adding in the melted butter last. Then, add the Apple Mix we prepared in step 1.
In another bowl, mix together the light brown sugar, the cinnamon and the melted butter to form a paste for the Cinnamon Swirl.
Put the cake batter into your prepared pan and dollop the Cinnamon swirl on top. Next, run a skewer or knife through the batter and the cinnamon mix to create a nice swirl or marble pattern.
Bake in the oven for around 40-45 minutes.
Five minutes before the cake is finished, mix the icing sugar and milk together until smooth.
Remove the cake from the oven and pour the glaze over the top whilst it is still warm. If the cake has cooled by the time you pour the glaze, the glaze will be much more difficult to spread nicely.
Let it cool a little bit, serve with your favourite Ice-cream and Enjoy!
Ooooooooooooh.
Looks really good and easy to make!!
