This Cake is absolutely delicious, very moist and not too dense! Would recommend this to anyone, why not have a go?

Main.
180 g Caster Sugar.
180 g Butter.
3 Eggs.
250 g Self-Raising Flour.
2 ½ tbsp Milk.
Extra.
1 tbsp Icing Sugar.
1 Loaf Pan.
Prepare.

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / 360°F / Gas mark 4. Cream together the butter and sugar with a spatula and a stand mixer, or a hand mixer, both with the whisk attachment. Cream until fluffy.

Add all three eggs, whisking continuously. Mix in the flour by hand and the milk afterwards. Butter the loaf pan.
Bake and Serve.

Bake in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the pan, cool and dust icing sugar on top. Serve and enjoy!
