I think its quite easy to follow and definitely deserves a try.
So the first thing you should do is to preheat your oven 350°F (177C)

Whisk your dry ingredientes until combined. (Flour, salt, baking soda).
3. With a mixer or a whisk, mix pb, oil, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, sour cream until everything is combined and there are no remaining lumps. Batter shouldn't be runny, it should be a little bit thick.
Pour your batter into your cupcake liners equally, this recipe makes aroud 14-18 cupcakes and bake 21-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Allow the cupcakes to cool before frosting.
Beat the butter for 2-3 minutes. Remember it should be room temperature. The longer you beat your butter, the fluffier your frosting gets.
Add the other ingredientes for another 2 to 3 minutes. You can reduce the amount of sugar, I usually use less, but its up to your personal preferences.
Pipe your cupcakes! I use 1M Wilton to pipe them but you can use whichever piping tip you prefer and garnish your cupcakes as desired.
